I know I'm late on this, but I really needed some months to get to know this well enough, and decide what I thought about Lindstrøm & Prins Thomas' new album II. The album is their second full length, and it sounds more organic than their first self-titled album. Still, they show us why they're kings of the space-disco (aka Oslo-disco). Even though some of the tracks are made from a well-known formula, pieces like Rothaus and the 13-minute long Flue På Veggen take their progressive disco to another dimension.
Whether you want to listen to it in your favourite chair, or spin it at an after party is up to you, but I'll guarantee that it will work well in both situations.
