It's Wednesday and you can basically sleep over most parts of the day. It's the metal day at the main stage, but it's sunny and you're not really interested.
Instead, you should start the day with The Virgins at the Amphitheatre at 17.45. They play that kind of indie that fits a sunny day and a couple of beers. But my hot tip today is actually to just stay at the Marquee stage from 19.30 and throughout the day. First out is Esser, he's English, and sounds like an electro pop version of The Streets.
Esser - This Time Around
After Esser, the highly blogable electro group Metronomy will be playing a nice set. You all know them pretty good, and I guess you've heard their album Nights Out too. Therefore, I'll give you a remix of their single A Thing For Me by Breakbot.

After Metronomy, my hero Victoria Hesketh aka Little Boots will take over the stage, and she'll deliver the concert that makes you smile for the rest of the week. I'll give you a track from her debut album Hands and a minimix of the album, mixed by Little Boots herself.

After Little Boots, Rusko will turn the place from a sweet pop tent to a dark dubstep club. This is the only dubstep act booked for this year's Hove, and you shouldn't miss this! Listen for yourself, this is the track The Moaners of his latest EP Babylon: Volume Two.

Tonight Bitch Boys will be playing in the Bunker, and that's well worth a visit.
